A panel of experienced practitioners will explore the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals at the Bar and draw on findings from the landmark 2017 study "Sexuality at the Bar: An Empirical Exploration into the Experiences of LGBT+ Barristers in England & Wales" to examine progress toward greater inclusion and equality, the challenges that remain and the availability and impact of institutional support and the ongoing efforts to create a more inclusive environment for all.

The panel discussions will be followed by a Q&A session. Students will have the chance to ask questions either in person or anonymously, depending on comfort levels.

A networking reception will follow for those attending in person.
