I am a Pupil Barrister at Blackfriars Chambers, having commenced a Criminal Pupillage in October 2024. I applied to be a Pupil Ambassador as I want to ensure that relevant issues are being raised, addressed and actioned appropriately. During my undergraduate degree, I worked as an Outreach and Senior Student Ambassador, advocating on behalf of students, particularly those from widening participation backgrounds, to ensure they had access to essential wellbeing and support services. I believe my previous experience will allow me to effectively and fairly represent the views of Pupils and ensure that delicate matters are always dealt with sensitively.
I am currently undertaking a Criminal Pupillage at Exchange Chambers, Liverpool. I finished my BPC LLM in 2023 with an Outstanding/Distinction after working as a Paralegal in Personal Injury for 18 months post-law degree.
Hi, I'm Beth. I'm the pupil rep on the Inn’s Education and Training Committee. I'm undertaking pupillage at QEB, a set specialising in family law - matrimonial finance, specifically, with some private children cases. Prior to pupillage, I worked at the Law Commission as a research assistant. Throughout my time working and in education, I’ve taken on several ‘ambassador’ type roles; and I’m excited to bring that expertise to being a pupil ambassador! I look forward to representing your interests throughout the year.
